Tourline Express will deliver your parcel in all the Peninsular Geography,
Andorra and Portugal before 19:00 hours of the next day since the pick
up, this will be like this for province capitals and for that places with a
Tourline delegation within a 50 Km. radius. For other places the deliveries
will be done next day before 13:00.
Delivery Date will be done if your order is completed before the 14:00
hours, if not it takes one day more.

LOW COST SHIPPING, THROUGH POST OFFICE OF SPAIN.
All the deliveries will be done through blue parcel, is cheaper than
others but it takes more time.

-The Package is delivered under your sign in your own address.
-In case of absence a note will be let to the customer then the customer needs
to pick up the package in the Post Office before 15 days.

RETURNS.
In case the product has some fault of manufacture(providing that this one
should not to its handcrafted character
1.- The customer must communicate it to us in the following 7 days
of having received it, by email to ventas@gemsabalorios.com
2.- The customer must to deliver the goods to the next address: Manuel
Allende #23, 48010 Bilbao(Vizcaya) Spain (the customer must pay this
parcel)
3.- Once received the goods and verified the perfect condition, we
will proceed to deliver you another product without charge.
OPCIONAL. If you want to save the shipping cost, you could send us a picture
and a description of the fault by email to ventas@gemsabalorios.com ,
we verified this information and if everything is ok, we will proceed to deliver
you the same or similar product without charge on your next order.
If the product is good and you want to change or returns us.
You must to follow the step 1 y 2 of the last paragraph, the difference is
that Gems Abalorios will not pay any shipping cost ? Once received the goods
and verified the perfect condition, we will proceed to:
a) the refund of the amount in conformity with the method
of payment realized by the client.
b) The deliver of the same or similar product (the customer must pay
this parcel)
c) If you want to save the shipping cost, in your next order we will
deliver you the same or similar product without charge.
ADVICES
CHECK YOUR PACKAGE , if you see something wrong or broken, call before
48 hours to Tourline Express, because all Parcels have an assurance. The Phone

IN CASE OF ANSENCE : A note will be let to the customer to arrange
a new date for the delivery, so the customer has to put itself in contact with
the Tourline delegation in the note. If the customer is not at the date arranged Tourline
will not go for a third . In this case the customer will have to move himself
to the tourline delegation to pick up the parcel. To avoid the possible problems
due to the absences please if possible put as delivery adress from a place
where you know someone is going to be there.
